Rules For Payment Of Fees
1. New pupils are charged admission and collage fees from the first month of the term they join. The fees may be paid in advance for the whole year or quarterly in the form of cash only.
2. Parents/Guardians must kindly preserve the receipt issued to them and produce it as proof of the payment if needed.
3. So long as the student’s name is registered, fees will be charged irrespective of his/her absence.
4. Fees should be deposited on the following dates of the month: 1st to 10th, 15th, 20th and the last day of the month. After the 10th a fine of Rs.5/- per day will be charged. Deposition time is from 9:00a.m to 1:00a.m.
5. In case of late payment, a fine of Rs.100/- will be charged till the end of the month, failing which the names of the defaulters will be struck off collage rolls. Parents will have to pay re-admission fees of Rs.200/- in such a condition.
6. If fee card is lost a duplicate card will be issued on payment Rs.100/-
7. The fees for the full term must be paid, even if a pupil leaves before the term is over.
